A confirmation email or message will be sent to you once the order is authorized and verified. We begin preparing your order immediately after it is verified. With this sort of time frame, it makes it difficult for us to change or cancel your order, however, we will do our best to support your requests.

Processing

At our online store, we ensure that each item in your order is dispatched within 1-2 business days from the date of order placement, regardless of whether it's a weekday or weekend. We offer shipping services all seven days of the week.

Shipping

Time: For most orders, they are usually received in around 10 days, Delivery times to some remote areas may take up to 20 days.

The estimated delivery time remains consistent whether you place your order on a weekday or weekend.

Express Shipping is available. The freight charge is about $25 for each item.
